These terms of sale apply to every order placed through vantalabpeptide.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Research-use only
Every product listed on this site is sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Products are not manufactured, tested, or labelled for human or veterinary use, and must not be ingested, injected, or otherwise administered to a person or animal. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are acquiring the product as a qualified researcher for in-vitro or laboratory research only.
3. Minimum order for bank transfer
Orders paid via direct bank transfer require a minimum order value of $150 AUD. Orders below this threshold placed via bank transfer may be held or cancelled until the minimum is met.
4. Batch testing and certificates of analysis
Each batch listed on this site is tested by an independent laboratory (Janoshik Analytics or PepScan Australia) for purity and content by HPLC. The Certificate of Analysis (CoA) published against a product reflects the specific batch tested and may not exactly match every unit sold if stock is drawn from a later batch — in that case the current batch's CoA will be provided on request.
5. Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from within Australia. See our Shipping page for processing times and courier details.
7. Returns and cancellations
Because these are laboratory research products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped, except where a product arrives damaged or does not match its listing. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery in either case.
8. Limitation of liability
VantaLab Peptide is not liable for any use of a product outside its stated research purpose. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, dietary, or legal advice.
