Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received or cleared.
Payment and minimum orders
We accept direct bank transfer, with a minimum order value of $150 AUD for this payment method. Orders below this threshold via bank transfer may be held until the minimum is met or an alternative payment method is used.
Delivery
Domestic Australian orders are shipped via tracked courier. A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging appropriate for laboratory research materials.
Delays
While most orders arrive within a few business days of dispatch, delivery timeframes are ultimately set by the courier and can vary during peak periods.
